The RIST 2020 annual meeting will be held at the Marina del Rey Marriott, Los Angeles, on Monday 24th Feb, 9am - 11am (PST) in conjunction with VidTrans 2020. There will be an online dial-in for those who cannot attend on-site.

During the meeting we will; review 2019, discuss plans for 2020 and vote on directors as well as co-chairs.

The full agenda for the meeting will be distributed closer to the event, but as a minimum it will cover:
(a)           Roll call
(b)          Approval of minutes of previous meetings
(c)           Receiving and acting upon reports of Directors and Officers (including a financial report)
(d)          Approval of annual budget
(e)           Unfinished and new business
(f)            Election of Directors
